Processing Time

All cups are made to order.

Please allow 5-7 business days for production before shipping. Some styles may require degassing (removal of air bubbles), which could prolong shipping.

During holidays or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Policy

Shipping rates a based on your location and order size. We currently ship within the US.

Delivery times: 3-7 business days after processing.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. Soul Sip is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
