Refund Policy - Custom Orders
All custom and personalized cups are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
Please double-check your design choice and wrap before finalizing your purchase.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be accepted as production may already be underway.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Shipping Issues
Soul Sip is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, or incorrect shipping addresses. However, we will do our best to help you track and resolve shipping problems.
