All orders are handmade and take up to 5-7 business days to create before shipping. Once shipped orders typically arrive 3-7 business days (excluding holidays), depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Broken Items:
If your badge reel or pen breaks due to a defect within 14 days of delivery, we will gladly offer a free replacement or exchange.
Email us or send a message within 14 days of receiving your item.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged badge reel or pen.
Once approved, we will send a replacement or offer an exchange of equal value.

Damage caused by misuse, dropping or excessive force
Lost or stolen items
